Every item is made to order. We do not keep inventory, which allows us to produce each piece specifically for you while reducing waste.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters production. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping

Please note that processing times may be longer during new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, shipping typically takes 9-14 business days. Total estimated fulfillment time from the day orders place is 10-17 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High order volume
- Other circumstances outside of our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ONLY NOW EXISTS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.
